一、集裝箱鋼材表面處理的一般要求是:

二、集裝箱的表面處理工藝

根據(jù)集裝箱生產(chǎn)過程的特征,集裝箱鋼材表面采用車間預涂工藝,在鋼板成型、拼裝前進行自動拋丸處理,然后涂裝 10μm 左右的車間底漆。完成鋼板成型、部裝和總裝之后,進行二次噴砂處理,然后進入集裝箱整箱噴漆工序。

原材料檢驗

對原材料的原始狀況進行檢驗,查看是否有鐵銹、氧化皮及其它污染物。原材料銹蝕等級按 ISO 8501-1,分為 A、B、C、D 四個等級,C、D 級鋼材不宜使用。如果鋼材嚴重銹蝕或殘留大量的頑固附著物,則應報廢。

選擇合適的磨料及適當?shù)哪チ吓浔?。常用磨料有:菱角砂、鋼丸、鋼絲段等。

車間底漆是鋼材表面處理后的第—道防護涂膜,從拋丸到涂裝的間隔時間不應超過4小時,如果超過,應重新拋丸。如果干燥條件及通風條件不利于底漆迅速干燥,為了防止粘漆,可適當進行烘干。

鋼板在進行成型、拼裝時,應注意不要讓已經(jīng)過表面處理和預涂底漆的表面再次污染,堆放在車間時應采取適當措施防塵和防潮。

二次噴砂

經(jīng)過大量焊接加工后,焊縫周圍會存在焊煙、飛濺和油漆灼傷等缺陷,焊縫本身也由于過于粗糙而不利于油漆的涂裝,在施工過程中還會存在油污及灰塵等污染,因此,總裝完成后,應對焊縫周圍及仍然存在表面缺陷的鋼材部分進行二次表面清理,通常在噴砂房采用手動噴砂方法處理。

檢查及修補

二次噴砂后,應對噴涂表面的缺陷,尤其是焊縫缺陷進行再次檢查和修補。對焊縫缺陷除了進行常規(guī)觀察外,還應進行漏光檢查。方法是:進入箱內(nèi),關上箱門進行觀察;有漏光的部位做上標記,在噴漆之前修補好。對局部未達到表面預處理要求的區(qū)域,可用鐵刷、手動工具等進行修補。局部缺陷用手砂輪修補后應達到表面清潔度 St3 等級。
After secondary sandblasting, defects on the sprayed surface, especially weld defects, should be rechecked and repaired. In addition to routine observation, leakage inspection should also be carried out for weld defects. The method is: enter the box, close the box door for observation; Mark the areas with light leaks and repair them before painting.
