優(yōu)良涂層依賴于完全除銹，常用的優(yōu)良氟碳涂料，防腐年限乃長達(dá)50年。所以用于室內(nèi)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)或相對易于維護(hù)的室外鋼結(jié)構(gòu)較多。雖然一次性本錢低，但用于野外時(shí)維護(hù)本錢較高。涂層法的施工就是除銹，所以要求高的涂層一般多用噴砂噴丸除銹，露出金屬的光澤，除掉所有的銹跡和油污。
