Nowadays, mechanical equipment is mostly rectangular or square, and it consists of many parts combined together. This way, we can use special containers for transportation. 三：特種集裝箱的制造完全是根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的用途及客戶具體需要來制造。譬如裝空壓機(jī)的設(shè)備，集裝箱的設(shè)計(jì)人員要根據(jù)此設(shè)備的特性來制作。這時(shí)候就需要客戶來提供一些必要的技術(shù)參數(shù)了。比如，設(shè)備體積大小，對(duì)箱體的承重要求，以及設(shè)備是否需要及時(shí)散熱。那么技術(shù)人員會(huì)根據(jù)這些參數(shù)做出設(shè)計(jì)。這就開始涉及對(duì)箱體底板要求，箱體如何排風(fēng)散熱，等方面。其實(shí)對(duì)設(shè)備了解多的只有客戶自己，所以我們還是希望客戶能夠自己提供我們大體的設(shè)計(jì)方案，細(xì)節(jié)方面再由設(shè)計(jì)人員來完成。

3： The manufacturing of special containers is entirely based on the purpose of the product and the specific needs of the customer. For example, for equipment equipped with air compressors, container designers must first make them based on the characteristics of the equipment. At this point, the customer needs to provide some necessary technical parameters. For example, the size of the equipment, the load-bearing requirements for the box, and whether the equipment needs timely heat dissipation. So technicians will make designs based on these parameters. This begins to involve requirements for the bottom plate of the box, how to exhaust and dissipate heat from the box, and other aspects. Actually, only the customer knows a lot about the equipment themselves, so we still hope that the customer can provide us with a general design plan, and the details will be completed by the design personnel.
