1.各構(gòu)件裝置位置應(yīng)契合設(shè)計(jì)請(qǐng)求，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)焊接部件位應(yīng)精確，無(wú)假焊、漏焊。緊固件應(yīng)契合GB5782規(guī)則，螺栓必需按設(shè)計(jì)請(qǐng)求的規(guī)則，位置裝置正確并墊好墊圈，不得少裝、漏裝；構(gòu)件間的銜接螺栓必需要擰緊。

1. The location of each component should meet the design requirements, and the location of field welding components should be precise, without false welding or leakage welding. Fasteners should conform to GB5782 rules. Bolts must be in accordance with the design requirements. Location devices should be correct and gaskets should be padded properly. No less or less filling should be allowed. Connection bolts between components must be tightened.

2.經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)焊接及運(yùn)輸途中底漆剝落處應(yīng)重刷防銹漆一層，構(gòu)件露明部位刷面漆二層，油漆不得有漏刷、脫皮、掛漆及返銹現(xiàn)象。

2. After welding and transportation on site, the primer spalling should be repainted with one layer of anti-rust paint, and the component exposed part should be repainted with two layers of top paint. No leakage, peeling, hanging and rust-back of the paint should be allowed.

3.按排板圖將集裝箱辦公室、墻面塊必需校正，傘墻的轉(zhuǎn)角處及陽(yáng)角處用角鋁封口，板與板之間銜接采用工字鋁銜接，各墻須垂直，嵌縫深度分歧，劃一清潔，墻面應(yīng)清潔，顏色分歧，板縫齊整，打釘面上下要分歧，不得有參差，必要部位采用自攻螺栓。按設(shè)計(jì)圖紙標(biāo)明集裝箱會(huì)議室門窗位置，用切割機(jī)割出門窗洞位置，依照門窗洞位置裝置窗門，窗為塑鋼窗，北京集裝箱活動(dòng)房租賃停止底層的吊頂。

4.門窗位置裝置正確并用螺栓緊固。裝置開(kāi)啟靈敏而無(wú)阻滯現(xiàn)象，玻璃不應(yīng)有麻面和裂痕，玻璃干凈，附件裝置結(jié)實(shí)。

4. The door and window positioning device is correct and bolted. The device opens sensitively without blocking. There should be no pitting and cracks in the glass. The glass is clean and the accessory device is strong.

5.外觀請(qǐng)求：①墻須垂直平整分歧，劃一清潔。②墻面應(yīng)清潔，顏色分歧，板縫齊整。③門窗鎖開(kāi)關(guān)靈敏，不得缺附件。

5. Appearance Requirements: 1. The walls shall be vertical, flat and divided, and uniformly cleaned. (2) The walls should be clean, with different colours and neat joints. (3) The door and window lock switch is sensitive and can not be without accessories.
